This private, gated community of Avalon is
inside Pelican Bay in Naples. Our condominium has two bedrooms and two
bathrooms. We are less than 10 minutes walking distance from the beach
(A Tram is available to the beach as well!). You can relax and unwind on
the the 3-mile private beach at Pelican Bay with its oceanside
restaurants and canoe rentals. Beach side pavilions are available, and
provide food and beverage service, deck areas, restrooms with showers
and dressing areas. There are four parks and nature trails within the
Community. All residents of Pelican Bay are granted access to the
new Hammock Oak Athletic Center (short walk from the front door of the
unit) with all of the latest exercise equipment, tennis courts, yoga and
pilates classes, massage therapists, and personal trainers. There is
also a computer room with wireless internet access for members.
It
should also be noted that Pelican Bay is home to the world-class Naples
Grand Hotel & Resort, as well as the exquisite Philharmonic Center for
the Performing Arts. Also located nearby are The Waterside Shops, where
outstanding upscale shopping and charming restaurants can be found.
Pelican Bay Beach is bordered on the South by Clam Pass and the Ritz
Carlton Hotel to the North. There is also a 27-hole golf course and 18
tennis courts.
The Pelican Bay Community is located west of US 41 in Naples, Florida.
Naples is approximately 30 miles south of Fort Myers and 26 miles north
of Marco Island. Interstate 75 is 10 minutes to the east and the
Southwest Florida International Airport is a 40 minute drive to the
